Description
This is one of the 1966 series of the best kits issued by Strombecker, before or after that year. Using a 2-piece brass chassis and the great Igarashi TC32 motor, these kits were some of the best ever made. The bodies had simple but great detailing, nice decals, and the kit boxes were simply superb in their presentation. Most components were produced in Japan but the injected bodies and kit assembly was done in the Dowst Manufacturing plant near Chicago. Fortunately, many of these kits survived intact and they are not too difficult to find.
