Description
This model of the Porsche 906 was issued in 1966. The car uses the same running gear as that of the Batmobile. The body was sourced from the famous Lancer company and was painted in house. as in most BZ models, there was no inner cockpit detailing.
The wheels, sourced from Riggen, are either polished aluminum or black anodized with machined outer lip. The rear tires appear to always be the “white line” style. Riggen knock-offs complete the model, never mind that the full-size car had a wide 5-bolt wheel fixing.
While the car is not so hard to find, the box is very scarce. It is likely that this model never came in the clear plastic box used for several other BZ cars that included the Batmobile.
