Description

Premier Enterprise was a Division of Sun Aviation, in Downey,California.
In 1967 they issued this custom with a fancy name, the Cyclone Avenger, in ready to race form. The chassis was made of heavy die cast aluminum with a steel-wire drop arm and a guide flag with plug-in lead wires. The model was powered by a Mabuchi FT36D motor. The quality of construction was good.
The bodies were available in several colors, brown, green, blue, black…
The model was very unsuccessful in the marketplace because it came a bit too late and was obsolete by the time it reached the hobby shops shelves.
REH Distributing of Cincinnati purchased all remaining inventories and marketed the chassis, bodies and parts over a period of 30 years.
Truly original cars are not common, but “bitza” built from parts distributed by REH are.
