International produced many clear-plastic bodies, this Kurtis 500 sports car being a good example of the sometimes odd but interesting choices. This one was a factory sample obtained from International’s Walter Pettit, and while a limited number of these models may have been sold at his raceway in Redondo Beach, California,it was probably never produced as an available RTR or kit.
