This Japanese model kit company was one of the more prolific manufacturers of slot car kits, issuing no less than 10 new kits in 1965, all in the 1/24 scale. By 1966, the hobby was already giving signs of an upheaval, so after a few re-issues that sold poorly, Kogure returned to static model kits by 1967 after leaving behind a sizable amount of excellent and sometimes unusual models.
