A German company better known for its 1/32 scale models, Stabo issued in 1968 a line of very nice 1/24 scale slot car kits, as well as adding at least one 1/32 scale kit to its line of RTR models. Besides its own domestic products, Stabo also repackaged several late-edition Tamiya 1/24 scale kits using the die-cast zinc-alloy chassis. Stabo disappeared in the mid 1970s.
